Extrusion Toll Services
Elmet Technologies offers expert extrusion services with a powerful 5,000 metric ton (5,500 ton) press, producing rods, tubes, and complex cross-sections from 152-457 mm (6-18 inches). We preheat billets up to 1925°C (3500°F) using gas-fired or induction furnaces and control extrusion speeds from 127-203 mm/sec (0.01-12.0 inch/sec). Our advanced process handles challenging materials like copper, stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium, refractory metals, and composites with precision.
